Ca'Mea Ristorante uses only the finest local and international ingredients to prepare our award winning dishes. Our homemade ravioli and pastas are world renowned. Our freshly baked Italian bread is served with extra virgin olive oil and Italian olives. Our seafood dishes are prepared with "fresh caught" ingredients that are delivered constantly throughout the week, and our meat dishes are prepared using only the freshest and highest quality cuts.

The Puisseguin Saint-Emilion comes from 60 hectare of Merlot vines that
average 30-35 years old. The crop is harvested by hand, destemmed and
strictly sorted. Its fermented in small cement tanks and aged for a year in
oak barrels. Before bottling, its aged for six months in cement.
